PIXID, leading cloud platform for HR process digitisation, is the leader in its field and offers companies the flexibility to optimise their HR management over the Internet.
You will need to accompany clients through the implementation and deployment of their recruitment and staffing software systems. This is a customer facing role that may require some travel within Europe (mainly UK).
You will act as a reference for clients and internal staff to show them how to get the best out of the system, and be a key point of contact for clients who want to expand their use of their software platforms. You will liaise with the technical support team and sales teams to ensure these teams are aware of key information about your clients.

- a Project Manager: you’ll manage the deployment of the SaaS system into a client. You will use your technical knowledge and excellent organisational skills to ensure the system is delivered on-time and to a high standard.
- a Consultant: You will act as a partner to the client, using your knowledge and experience of similar projects to help them use their system to fit their business needs.
- an Account Manager: You will manage the client relationship. To do this you will combine a knowledge of account analysis with your customer facing skills, making sure the client is happy. You will act as the ‘bridge’ between the client and the business, feeding back client requirements so we can formulate our future roadmap.
You will be organised and methodical with the ability to work with clients to understand their needs and goals. A perfect written and spoken English is required.
