PIXID: building a European leader at the service of the world of work

PIXID Group

We created PIXID nearly 20 years ago to propose the first Vendor Management System (VMS) considering the complexity of the French market.

We learnt how to offer the best SAAS solutions to large accounts and as well as SMB customers, with more than 4,000 of them using our services daily.

As the war of talents is expanding throughout Europe, we’ve built strong expertise in the recruitment field thanks to 3 successful acquisitions.

We are now ready to offer to the European market one of the first integrated SaaS application for Total Talent Acquisition (TTA), opening a whole new world of opportunities.

Etienne COLELLA, Chairman of PIXID Group

Where it started

PIXID was founded in 2004 by Adecco, Randstad and Manpower, to develop and provide a Vendor Management System (VMS) specifically to support the complex French temporary staffing market. Pixid’s VMS solution now underpins the French temporary staffing market, with over 42% of all contingent workers on the platform.

Following a management buyout in 2015 led by Étienne Colella (founding Director) and backed by Keensight Private Equity, PIXID has significantly grown, acquiring strong existing recruitment tech brands in online staffing and recruitment technology in the UK (2017), the Netherlands (2018) and Belgium (2020).

PIXID Group is the largest European owned recruitment technology provider in Europe.
